This coat is an amazing piece of history. Borgana (George Borg) is known for their development of faux furs in the late 40s. This was the first time luxury faux furs were introduced and since has become very popular since. Although the Borgana factory has since closed its doors in the early 70s, you can still own a piece of its history. This coat is most likely from the 50s and features a full length, flared silhouette, pockets, rounded collar and gorgeous inside lining. Although this coat faux fur, it’s as heavy as real fur. A couple minor signs of age but miraculously kept in amazing condition. No size marked… would fit a Large/XLarge best (was modeled oversized on an XS). See measurements below!
